CB Foundation Golf Fundraiser

We enjoyed a fun day of golf with all proceeds going to good causes through the CB Foundation a few months ago in August of 2018!

The foundation raises money to donate to charitable causes: Huntsman Cancer, Primary Children's Hospital, and Autism of Utah.

Last year they donated $30,000 to Autism of Utah. The foundation also gives a big chunk to Huntsman Cancer Institute as well as the Dave Rose foundation. They raised over $130,000 last year for the Huntsman Cancer Center. Amazing!

I'm proud to be a part of Coldwell Banker and all the wonderful opportunities I have to serve and raise proceeds for charities. And what a fun day I had with my fellow agents play golf on a such a beautiful day!

We also make donations with all of our buyers and sellers. When we have a closing, we make donations to these different charitable groups with every single transaction.

I have loved being affiliated with Coldwell Banker because of their CB Foundation. If you're a golfer let me know and we'll get you up here next year to Bountiful and help us raise some money for the foundation.

Do You Currently Have a Lender?

Do you currently have a lender?

I was recently in Pleasant Grove with a good friend of mine named Garrett. He works for First Colony Mortgage and I had the wonderful opportunity of touring their new building in Pleasant Grove. A lot of you have probably worked with Garrett because I've referred him to a number of you. He's a great guy.

Garrett shared with me that interest rates have already come down a little bit this year compared to 2018! It is a great time to buy a home! Garrett's average time to help someone close on a loan is right around 3 weeks, and in extreme situations he's helped my clients in even quicker time than that!

One of the nice things Garrett has done for me a number of times is giving my clients a simple good-faith estimate. So even if you're already using a lender, he'll come in and see if he can help! I've actually had clients who've gotten within a week or even just a few days of closing and something's come up with their lender. Luckily, Garrett's jumped into it! My advice is that even if you currently have a lender, it's always good to get a backup, just in case something happens when you get close to settlement. It will minimize your risk to have another option just in case a lien comes up, an appraisal inspection...etc. I don't want to discourage you, but as a Realtor I do want to minimize your risks and help you get through the process easily and efficiently.

If you have any questions, whether it's with Real
Estate or Lending I am happy to help!

First Colony Mortgage is one of the great great companies I like to refer a lot!

Have a wonderful week!

How about a couple of ponds and stream in your backyard with plenty of grass and full grown trees? Add to that a beautiful gas fire pit, a few lights shining into the trees, a few lamp posts around the perimeter and bridges over the stream.

This 5,200 sf home includes a large deck overlooking the backyard and get the wonderful feeling of being far from any city, then remember you are only three minutes to downtown Midway, Utah and 25 minutes to downtown Park City, Utah.

This is an amazing location and home which you can be seen even better in this video.
