What Happened to Papa John's Condo?

Do you remember the condo John Schnatter, founder of Papa John's listed for sale? Have you wondered what happened to the most expensive condo to ever be listed for sale in Utah?

The Condo located on the top floor of St. Regis in Deer Valley, Utah listed for $17.99 million in January 2014. But what happened to it? According to the Park City Multiple Listing Service the condo didn't sell. The condo looks beautiful, and appears to have some breathtaking views; but apparently nobody was ready to pay the $17.99 million dollar price tag to become the new owner.

Veteran's Day & Real Estate

I always feel so inadequate when I attempt to thank current military personnel or veterans for their service to our country.  It is very humbling to think about how much personal sacrifice members of our military services make.  Leaving family, friends and comfort to be stationed anywhere in the world to defend our desires for freedom in behalf of us and our families.

It is beyond expression for those and their families who have given the ultimate sacrifice of there lives for our freedom.

Veteran's Day & Real Estate In the many attempts that the government makes to provide benefits for our veterans, we have at least accomplished much in the way of home ownership for veterans.

In the many attempts that the government makes to provide benefits for our veterans, we have at least accomplished much in the way of home ownership for veterans.

VA housing loans are not only for veterans, but may be available for surviving spouses (check with a VA specific lender).

As per the veterans administration 79% of veterans own their own home, compared to approximately 65% of Americans overall.

VA mortgage loans typically have the best interest rates, no monthly mortgage insurance payment, no income cap and no down payment required.

If you are planning to purchase property contact me, I'd love to help.  If you need a referral for a lender that is able to work with you on a VA loan let me know.
